happy birthday Jesus!

This past week I had a Happy Birthday Jesus party for a few of Quinn's little friends. It was a really great time. We told the Christmas story using the "What God wants for Christmas" nativity set, made birthday cards for Jesus, and then sang Happy Birthday and had mini cupcakes. It was really a fun time, and of course, the other moms and I enjoyed getting some time together, drinking wassail and egg nog. I forgot to take pictures at the party, but below is our Christmas card.  I was so excited about how it turned out!

PS-we are leaving tomorrow to drive to Branson, MO to spend Christmas with my family at my sister Katie's house.  Can't wait!
