Usually every day, QB asked "what day is it?". Every Monday, Quinn says "yepee, Muffin Tin Monday". He won't let me forget.
We don't always do Muffin Tin Monday (MTM), and we definitley don't follow the themes. But today I did get on the MTM blog and used an old theme: Rainbow. Here is our creation.
red strawberries
orange cheese-its and carrots
yellow cheese stick
pink applesauce for CB
brown nuggets
blue cups and green spoons
This is definitely a fun thing to add some excitement to a normal Monday lunch!

love MTM! great idea. maybe this will make them excited about carrots! will definitely be copying this idea
